Helping supply chains internationally

Our Mission

To provide worldwide consulting and customised training programmes to our supply chain clients, bringing sustainable results that all staff can be proud of.

Our Philosophy

We believe in knowledge transfer; that is, enabling teams to engage and internalise agreed improvements.  This ensures  your people will be on board and, over time, will have a culture of identifying and driving continuous improvements in your organisation.

The Dharma Advisory “toolkit” consist of hundreds of documents, templates and training aids that are utilised to provide sustainable benefits for clients.

“Keith has added enormous value to our business in a number of areas, and it would take quite some time to summarise these and do them any justice. We don’t tend to use consultants much in our company. Keith is the notable exception.”

2-3 days

Procurement Category Management

2 days

Personalised training days utilising our 25 different supply chain and health and safety modules

custom courses

Our preferred method to add value is to:

Spend 1-2 days at your site, providing general consulting services

Agree improvements to be made

Create a customised course to support your team in implementing and managing the agreed upon improvements

Running a 1-3 day course for staff, to ensure they buy into the new plans and understand what they need to do to make it work

We spend time not just with management, but with the people on the floor. We want to fully understand the world they live in ... and the problems they face.

As a result of this training and consulting, together, we have implemented the following:

    • Staff now meet (unsupervised) in teams each morning to discuss the daily KPIs that they helped to implement – DIFOT to customers and efficiencies against daily minute targets
    • Meetings discuss impending order deadlines and action plans to meet them
    • Staff are much more flexible in their attitude, are happy to be cross trained and will now work in other departments productively
    • Several 5 S projects have been implemented (and will continue to be refined) which has helped the flow of product and the reduction in WIP
    • Staff feel empowered to make improvement suggestion and several improvements – including the implementation of Kanban – have resulted
    • Daily production planning meetings now occur and a computer report has been created to help us with our production planning
